This is new great step moving forward and aiming to realize Ethiopian digital functionality. But I suggest if you added its own international payment card to use for different purposes across worldwide payment. E.g. I'm Ethiopian citizen and resident of Ethiopia. I have relatives outside country. When they send me foreign currency I may have to buy something I need. So I have foreign currency but can't access for payment. Prove it. Thank you.

Disappointed I’m Extremely disappointed with my experience using CBE Connect. I attempted to transfer funds from my US MasterCard, and while the money was deducted from my account, it never arrived in my CBE Connect wallet. Customer support has been unresponsive so far. I would not recommend using this service for international transfers until they resolve these transaction failures

The app is not functional when it comes to depositing money. It failed deposit from both visa and Mastercard but what can u expect from CBE nothing ever works.

This is a decent app overall, but the OTP functionality is unreliable and frequently fails to send confirmation codes. Furthermore, since the latest update, the app is completely unusable and only displays a blank gray screen upon launch.

It says there's an error on the document verification, but it doesn't say why. Trying to email them also doesn't work. This app is really bad.

ጋይስ ላይክ ኣርጉ ወይም የኔን ያንን ኣስተያየት ኮፒ ፔስት ኣርጉት ይሄ በናሽናል I'd ቨሪፋይ እንድናደርግ 2nd ደረጃ እንዲከፈትልን ማለት ነው 1 ኮከብ ስጡት እንዲያስተካኩሉት ፓስፖርት የለብንም ብየ ነው ኣብዛኞቻችን። በተጨማሪን ማስተር ካሪድ ወይም ቪዛ ካርድ መካተት ኣለበት። ነው why not work verification With in National I'd? We have no passport. Please fix this problem because mostly we have ID card no passport.ክፍያ የማይቖርጥ መሆን ኣለበት።
