I opened an account on the app more than two months ago, and I am still waiting for KYC verification, even though the app says the process should take 24 hours. I even called customer support and was told there are issues with the developer related to the KYC system. If that is the case, why launch a product that is basically unusable for new users? Digital banking should make things easier, but waiting months just to verify an account defeats the entire purpose. Please fix the KYC

The app claims to send an OTP to verify email, but it never does. I have tried checking my spam folder and everything. Please fix that.
