Clean, detailed and easy to use I have implemented Para Scope with several different transit agencies and the way these applications enhances dispatch with real time info and visually knowing where drivers are in relation to their clients is enlightening. I've handed this app to an 83-year-old driver with no training, he hit the road, and I never heard from him again. It's the simplest transition from paper manifest to advanced, efficient technology out there. And....CTS is always adding new features and enhancements.

It's a good app. The "On the Way" feature is causing issues with dispatch, and it sometimes logs me out for no apparent reason. A refrest option would be great. To get updates and route changes I must log out and log back in. That wastes time I normally don't have. Hope to see these issues addressed.

This app is horrible... It used to work well but the last 2 weeks or so it won't let me log in and confirm my pickups nor will it let me turn it off... There's gotta be something better...

There are several mistakes in the navigation button. For example, if you use the navigation button to go to St Luke's Anderson campus, it takes you to St Luke's in Bethlehem. It is also continuously logging me out. So I have to keep checking it while I am doing other things on my phone to log back in to see if I've missed anything.

Too many glitches when using app...when calling client phone # in app...when I end call I always have to log back in to the app. GPS mileage never correct. Gets worse with every update.

Awful,,,I forcibly have to use it, dangerously inaccurate information about the job,wrong address "when" mapping is available, provide wrong data about person to be transported, which lead to assignment of wrong vehicle,,,times are off,mileage is off,useless as a tool, I most certainly could do without it
