Absolute worst. Their drivers are awesome, but the entire rest of the system completely sucks. I had to call in every single day for over 2 months because their system couldn't process a request correctly without messing up. Then after I finally get annoyed to the point that I decide to use a different service I get requested to speak to a supervisor by their staff for that supervisor to tell me there is now a microtransaction & extra fee involved to pay them now so na I'll pass use uber instead.
