I use Go Access often. I most like their new app. I'm able 2 track in real time when my driver is. Ino when I'm the next rider 2b picked up & their eta. The $ 2get where I need 2go, door 2 door is especially reasonable. Buses R wheelchair equipped. Drivers R pleasant & R willing 2 go above & beyond 4 their passengers. Their call center customer reps. & dispatchers R professional, respectful & work together as a team, maintaining riders peace of mind & safety.

Too complicated and difficult to use. Plus, my husband said it's not very wheelchair user-friendly when attempting to schedule a ride. There is another issue we have experienced. We can obtain a ride to our location but. On more than one occasion we were told no ride was available.
