We use it around town (Port Colborne) and regional to go to Welland and Niagara Fall if we didn't have it we wouldn't be to get around

App defaults to wheelchair as the passenger type, which means I tied up an accessible van for no reason. Which is no inconvenience for me, but very much so for anyone with accessibility issues. Ideally there'd be a prompt confirming the wheelchair accessible van before booking.

Trying to book Handitrans between noon and 4 is nearly impossible unless book way in advanced.

Since moving to St. Catharines I have never been able to get a ride on this app. They never have accessible buses available 9-5, which is when most medical appointments are scheduled. If I do manage to get a ride there, I can't get a ride home when my appointment is done, because you can't book return rides ahead of time as you don't know the time. If you try to book a ride when the appointment is over, there is nothing available for hours or even for the whole day, leaving you stranded.

Doesn't run on Sundays because it's stuck in the 1950s, apparently. Absolutely would not recommend this service as I now have to walk for two and a half hours from St. Catharines to Niagara on the Lake both ways or take a $25 Uber both ways. That's onto of taking the bus from Niagara Falls to the North Eastern most corner of St. Catharines to even make it a walkable distance. What a joke. Uninstalling the useless app.
