2day was my 1st time ride and got me to work on time & they call your cell phone just 2 let u know that the driver has arrived 2 come pick me up & drop me off.

★★★★☆ Sabrina Lerssen · Feb 12, 2026

Most of the time I can't catch one open when I need it. Though from when I have caught the buses they have all been clean and the drivers' are very kind. Conway area.

My first time using metro, and I enjoyed it, it was a smooth trip and the driver was friendly, he introduced himself, and I told him I will give u a 5-star rating Chris and that's made his day❤️

I believe that the people of Little Rock and North Little Rock don't realize how useful this apprentice is and will be more understood only if they were in

★☆☆☆☆ Angela Parkerson · Apr 27, 2026

I have called the company several times because I live in the service zone, and I can't book a trip anywhere when they tell me that I can, I have tried several times it keeps telling me out of the service zone or offline through this app, and I even tried calling and booking a ride, and they keep telling me call every 15 minutes because no ride is available I'm also disabled and don't have any bus routes signs in the area I'm down town little rock area

I used this Metro connects app in Northern Virginia about 6 years ago. It was very reliable and worked like a champ. I moved to Arkansas in '20 and the app is EFFECTIVELY UNUSABLE! The Rock Region Metro here in central AR is an unbelievable HOT MESS. Do not download this app for using in central Arkansas. Worthless!

★☆☆☆☆ Ajahn Efird · Jan 5, 2024

This app is buggy. You can't book early rides to ensure your where you need to be on time. A ton of freezes. Unresponsive moments. There's no way to reach out In the app for support. You can't even see a ride you've booked sometimes and It's expected to be efficient. Not a good time at all. And majorly frustrating considering we can't even buy monthly passes. At this point the buses would probably serve the community better if they just had stops and ran normal routes. This ain't it!

Affordable, Accessible Transit Service, Your Way!

METRO Connect is Rock Region METRO’s on-demand microtransit service.

WHY MICROTRANSIT?
For certain service areas, including areas of emerging or low transit demand, microtransit does a better job of meeting transit demand than a full-size bus operating on a fixed route. Microtransit allows Rock Region METRO to provide on-demand, shared transit rides using smaller vehicles within a set zone, during regular operating hours, via its METRO Connect on-demand service.

BENEFITS TO RIDERS
METRO Connect offers:
• POINT-TO-POINT SERVICE: METRO Connect on-demand microtransit service takes riders from a point within the zone to any other point within the zone.
• AFFORDABLE FARES: A METRO Connect trip is more affordable than trips using traditional Transportation Network Companies, as METRO Connect is part of the Rock Region METRO publicly funded public transit service.
• NEW PLACES: METRO Connect access central Arkansas destinations that have not previously been served by non-paratransit public transit service.

HOW TO USE METRO CONNECT MICROTRANSIT SERVICE
Download the METRO Connect app to schedule ride-hailing trips occurring within a set microtransit zone, during regular METRO Connect zone operating hours (hours vary per zone). Each zone allows riders to travel from point-to-point within the zone to access destinations, including additional METRO transit service, such as fixed bus routes. Find METRO Connect microtransit zone maps, zone hours of operations and connecting fixed routes at rrmetro.org. Standard METRO fares apply.
