I'm glad they have this local service that allows us to book through the app. Unfortunately, I'm 2 blocks outside the zone, so the app does NOT allow me to set pickup spot other than what automatically pins on my phone. This is ridiculous considering I should be able to book service for my family members who are at school or another location that's inside the service zone! Also, should be able to communicate in the app w driver. He didn't see me last time & took off before I could flag him down!

Just FYI, sometimes your ride is confirmed then canceled due to maybe the driver's availability filled up with the maximum riders just as you requested your ride. So they drop the last booked ride. This is the same as Lyft and Uber, so not a problem for me. The bus may run into traffic delays and be a few minutes late at times. Understandable because they pick up multiple people. Learn the busy periods, and try to leave before or after those times. Call dispatch if concerns. I love this bus.🙂❤️

This app replaces another by a different developer. Pro: CLEAN, FRIENDLY, HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, Usually quick. Con: 1) I still have to struggle to get the app to remember my home address. 2) Pick-ups during low traffic times BEFORE 5 P.M. is usually excellent. However, I several times my ride was dropped, and it took 90 minutes to get home. 3) The range/map is limited; I can I only use it to get to supermarket, clinic, voting, park, and express bus. However, it may expand again in 2025.
