Bad the driver you guys sent me out this morning tried to charge me too much. He tried charging me four dollars when the star transit paper I have clearly has one dollars printed on it why he tried to charge me four dollars was beyond my comprehension.

Cheap if you need a ride you just got a call in the morning to request a ride or send the request early in the morning, and you're for sure have a ride by the end of the day

I've been riding with STAR TRANSIT I must say most all rides are comfortable, professional drivers, Shelby & Vicki both are great on dispatch. Ms. Shirley & Mr. Vallejo Cruz have always gave great customer service, also Mr. Keith on Sat. Svc in Mesquite is always pleasant!! I also have several reservationist who have great customer svc skills Ms. Donna, Alma or Amal & of course Star they've gone above & beyond GREAT JOB!! I LOVE STAR TRANSIT

Horrible 😔 This App is terrible. Bus Service is Horrible, you guys needs to go back to the drawing board with this one. Buses don't show up especially on Saturday, make a ride on Friday for Saturday. A No Show. Not able to call Customer Service on weekends. The App is useless, took away the ability to see where the bus is. Mind you this is Not a Free Service. The further you go, the more the Cost. Also, some drivers are terrible drivers. Star is Unreliable.

Don’t count on the app. It started off fine but ended in a mess. I made it to my destination, but getting back was a nightmare. They called an Uber for me, but it never showed. They offered another, but it would take an hour and a half to arrive and might cancel like the 1st one. I had just given plasma nearby, so walking five miles home wasn’t a good option. I tried finding a bus near DeSoto Bank, but there were none running. Overall, it’s not a service you can depend on when you really need it

The Star Transit Bus, EEh, Needs to be better executed for it to be of really good use. One of the downsides to Star Transit is that they don't operate Early enough or Late enough. Offices don't open till 8:00am and closes at 4:00pm M- F, which in a way is useless to a lot of People who works early or get off Late. Lie and give you an estimated time only to turn around and say there are No trips Available. No Saturday or Sunday Service at All. . 😳
