Since beginning the service, the rides are mostly good. There have been a few issues. The ability to contact marta(live person) for assistance is a struggle. The drivers(except one) are courteous, professional, considerate and helpful. The only issue is quick or real time, actual human assistance time. The Reach route program is a vital lifeline when marta eliminated stops in a populated area(4 apartment complexes?!). It is a great, much needed service, so listen to your riders.

Registration Issues: I had to register twice for an account. I couldn't log in to my account due to an "invalid information error." I don't understand why my login information was invalid when I have emails from Marta Reach about surveys. I couldn't get a reset password, so I had to re-register using the same information just to use this app. The recovery codes don't work. This app needs to be improved. Survey: Do better Marta! Buses are too small for wheelchairs!

Why do those creating these apps make things SO complicated. I'm an elderly woman living in a senior living complex. I'm not good with computers. Do all take that into consideration or are you ONLY concerned about getting money

I try to book rides from the train station to my house or from my house to the station often to get to and from work. More times than not the app suggests I take diesel bus to a random neighborhood that offers no seating or shade or protection from the elements in over 90⁰ weather and rainstorms, then has me wait another 30 minutes until a shuttle REACH bus picks me up from that spot to continue the journey. Now the bus stop is a 45-min walk from home. I'm disappointed with MARTA entirely. 👎
