This one fantastic utility! The drivers pick you up from your current location, and they take you directly to where you want to go in just a couple of minutes! If that's not possible though, they take you to the next-closest place to your destination. The drivers are super kind too! However, I do have one gripe with this app; it isn't available for Android 11 (Go Edition), which is used by my CAT S22 Flip. This results in having to carry two phones and use one as a mobile hotspot.

Love 😍 this idea thank you so, so much I'm a bus rider and have a lot of bad experience with Metro buses, but Metro Now is perfect 👌 and lovely, I'm just advising it to anyone I meet giving them the number and encouraging them to give it a try. I work with the elderly 🧓 and some can't get out, so this is wonderful. Good idea and good job. A big thank you for METRO NOW.

I just love this way of transportation I wish that metro now served Dent Kroger up on Harrison because the regular bus doesn't.

This service doesn't reach me because of what is unclear. This needs to reach more places where I can not get a bus. The metro service should be for people like myself who can not reach their bus services.

Started well, went downhill over a month ago. More drivers kept getting lost, which doesn't help when I'm baking alive in the sun and want to go home, scooters can't be brought in the vans when there are no rules stating they can't be, and there's no Armeabi-v7a support, meaning I need two phones; to use the app on one, and pay for the ticket on another. Now, I'm patient, and I try to be kind, but these new drivers could use more training. Also, not happy 8.0 support got dropped without warning. -J

Drivers can't find their passengers anymore. Last winter everything was fine. What happened? I can't seem to get a ride anymore because the drivers don't show up at the right address!
