I just love this way of transportation I wish that metro now served Dent Kroger up on Harrison because the regular bus doesn't.

Love 😍 this idea thank you so, so much I'm a bus rider and have a lot of bad experience with Metro buses, but Metro Now is perfect 👌 and lovely, I'm just advising it to anyone I meet giving them the number and encouraging them to give it a try. I work with the elderly 🧓 and some can't get out, so this is wonderful. Good idea and good job. A big thank you for METRO NOW.

This one fantastic utility! The drivers pick you up from your current location, and they take you directly to where you want to go in just a couple of minutes! If that's not possible though, they take you to the next-closest place to your destination. The drivers are super kind too! However, I do have one gripe with this app; it isn't available for Android 11 (Go Edition), which is used by my CAT S22 Flip. This results in having to carry two phones and use one as a mobile hotspot.

This service doesn't reach me because of what is unclear. This needs to reach more places where I can not get a bus. The metro service should be for people like myself who can not reach their bus services.

Drivers can't find their passengers anymore. Last winter everything was fine. What happened? I can't seem to get a ride anymore because the drivers don't show up at the right address!

This used to be fine when I first started using it but now especially more recently there is never a single driver at any point of the day. And of course the regular metro changed their routes so everything is just getting worse honestly. Quite literally right after I typed this out a metro now passed by. yeah definitely one star.
