My driver was an absolute gem.... this was my first time using Via Link, but I couldn't have asked for better service. Brooks Transfer out to Sandy Oaks in Elmendorf... It's definitely better than an Uber, dare I say.

Via link along with normal bus service is enabling me to work a good job I otherwise could not successfully have. My decision to move back to San Antonio one year ago was partially based on the already great bus service, then I discovered your link service. I just started using the Via link, and I love it. So far I have gotten friendly and great drivers. I love that it's a lot cheaper than Lyft. But what I don't like is that it takes an hour just to find a driver. For example: sometimes I do get off of work early like at 1:40 pm, but when I book a ride the pickup time is between 2:30 pm - 2:40 pm. Why is the finding a driver/pick up time so long? Can't you make it shorter?

Until last month I would have said great experience but for the last month via link has been over 40 minutes to an 90 minutes late picking me up I don't know what's going on, but this is getting ridiculous I have a job to do, and I have been super late because of this I already scheduled rides 1 hour before my shift, and now I have to do 2 hours. Speak to ur drivers and find out why this is happening it's not ok even for public transportation

Terrible wait times, terrible drivers too. I have to get to school, I can't constantly be late because the app doesn't know how to prioritize passengers with certain trips.
