Via link along with normal bus service is enabling me to work a good job I otherwise could not successfully have. My decision to move back to San Antonio one year ago was partially based on the already great bus service, then I discovered your link service. Want a ride? Outside the service area. Inside the service area? Wait 2/hrs before it even decides you get a ride. Ride on the way? Delayed another 30 minutes, also it already came and left cause it failed to send the notification

Until last month I would have said great experience but for the last month via link has been over 40 minutes to an 90 minutes late picking me up I don't know what's going on, but this is getting ridiculous I have a job to do, and I have been super late because of this I already scheduled rides 1 hour before my shift, and now I have to do 2 hours. Speak to ur drivers and find out why this is happening it's not ok even for public transportation
