Via link along with normal bus service is enabling me to work a good job I otherwise could not successfully have. My decision to move back to San Antonio one year ago was partially based on the already great bus service, then I discovered your link service. The VIA Link app and service work very well. I only use it when my truck is in the shop, but it is simple to schedule a ride and things go smoothly. If the driver will be late, I am notified via text message. Thanks VIA!

Until last month I would have said great experience but for the last month via link has been over 40 minutes to an 90 minutes late picking me up I don't know what's going on, but this is getting ridiculous I have a job to do, and I have been super late because of this I already scheduled rides 1 hour before my shift, and now I have to do 2 hours. Speak to ur drivers and find out why this is happening it's not ok even for public transportation

Rides delayed, lack of communication, dispatch team needs much help and upgrades. Wait times are long.

Want a ride? Outside the service area. Inside the service area? Wait 2/hrs before it even decides you get a ride. Ride on the way? Delayed another 30 minutes, also it already came and left cause it failed to send the notification
