The VIA Link app and service work very well. I only use it when my truck is in the shop, but it is simple to schedule a ride and things go smoothly. If the driver will be late, I am notified via text message. Thanks VIA!

Via link along with normal bus service is enabling me to work a good job I otherwise could not successfully have. Latest update made things much worse Everything loads slow now. It doesn't time about half the time when selecting time. You have to wait for EVERY POSSIBLE drop off location to load before it registers a click. And it keeps signing me out (even when I select, remember me) What in the world guys?

Until last month I would have said great experience but for the last month via link has been over 40 minutes to an 90 minutes late picking me up I don't know what's going on, but this is getting ridiculous I have a job to do, and I have been super late because of this I already scheduled rides 1 hour before my shift, and now I have to do 2 hours. Speak to ur drivers and find out why this is happening it's not ok even for public transportation

The app itself is acceptable 3-4 stars. It generally does what it's supposed to do, but will occasionally forget to hail a ride at the expected time. The service, however, seems to just be a way for the city to subsidize UTSA as there are rarely any rides available during class time hours. In addition, the rides you are able to find are late 7/10 times. I'm always surprised if I miss a ride because it was actually on time for once. If you're considering Via Link as a reliable option, don't.
