I just started using the Via link, and I love it. So far I have gotten friendly and great drivers. I love that it's a lot cheaper than Lyft. But what I don't like is that it takes an hour just to find a driver. For example: sometimes I do get off of work early like at 1:40 pm, but when I book a ride the pickup time is between 2:30 pm - 2:40 pm. Why is the finding a driver/pick up time so long? Can't you make it shorter?

Terrible wait times, terrible drivers too. I have to get to school, I can't constantly be late because the app doesn't know how to prioritize passengers with certain trips.

About 75% of rides I order with this app are late, late, late! I'm often having to order Ubers because this app can't find me a driver until 30 min after when I'm supposed to be picked up. I give them 40 min of buffer time to get me and drop me off FIRST thing in the morning, and I'm late. It often won't even give you details about your driver and car until they are almost to you LATE. Its absolutely ridiculous, I order these rides days in advance, and they can't even make it right after opening.
