I use it every day! It's very convenient, however the GPS definitely needs to be updated. I, and many others, have had issues where we order a ride, and it moves the location to a completely different spot and no matter what you do it won't move it back to the spot you actually want to go. It could also improve on the scheduling of the rides, sometimes when you book a ride with a driver, it will book another ride after you that's very far from your dropoff, often making you late.

Absolutely life-saving only problem is sometimes the pickup point and drop off points are causing me to cross like 6 lane traffic, so I would like to maybe see that changed a bit but the drivers are super nice and great I've called some to change the pickup point, so I'm not crossing traffic and some have asked, so I'm not crossing traffic because they noticed the drop-off location has changed

Should cover all of Kalamazoo County like the Calhoun County app does. Instead, only covers a small footprint of the city area.

I bought 4 passes @TT then read a brochure from metro. It's not for me, so I am out $3. Because metro sucks across the board, so I will use uber instead.

The app was a little confusing, but the fact of sitting for over an hour and not knowing that they do not service certain areas apparently, was quite annoying. And then being directed to walk over 20 minutes to get to another ride is very ridiculous. Hmm 😒 so yet I'm not really sure. The driver who was originally scheduled was very helpful, even though he was not able to get me still as well as the customer service lady. I think this ride-share needs some tweaks

My ride got canceled last minute, and now I can't get to the bus stop in time to take the bus. Now I'm going to have to wait for an entire hour for the next bus and will miss being on time for an important appointment. Zero stars if that option were available, even one star is too generous.
