I was having trouble at the docking station getting a bike unlocked. We called customer service and were helped by Denise. She was kind and patient and helpful as I struggled to get signed on. If more customer service people were as helpful as Denise the world would be a better place.

The bikes are actually great metro step through s. Great easy peddle. Great in city. The paddle assisted? So compared to other bikes with it. But the best thing is it didn't try to snake extra money and when you lock it, and many in Los Angeles, it stops the meter. Cheap. Good. But it still isn't as convenient, endearing, memorable after the first couple, etc. as your own bike in your own garage. Period.

There aren't enough electric bikes, most of the stations where you can pick up a bike don't have electric bikes. You guys need to have a 50/50 ratio of electric bikes and regular bikes at every bike station.

I cannot log in with my tap card or with my Metro Bike Share account. I tried to reset my password, but it still did not work. This app is useless until it allows me to log in.
