Works very well, incredibly live data on bike availability. My only complaint is, when you have a bike checked out, the app defaults the map to show you docking bay counts - even if you click the button that turns off "show me docking bay counts", it just turns it right back on. Let me see what electric bikes are available, so I can ride a regular bike to an electric bike that is docked! :)

App was cumbersome when I first installed it years ago and has improved greatly ever since. It's unfortunate I can't use the PBSC app here as well since it works universally with most PBSC bike share programs like Toronto's.

Bikes are cheap and in a surprisingly good condition. I regularly ride similar rentable bikes in Budapest, and they are worse for the most part, but here are some of my critiques: 1. The top gear is way too slow 2. The brakes on some bikes are not set properly 3. This is the biggest problem: In Budapest all the bikes have a phone holder on the handlebars, this way they can navigate without using their hands. The tangerine bikes don't have this feature, and this leads to people riding one-handed.

Not sure why but both the app and website are completely busted today. Wasted so much time just trying to get any bike to unlock.

After several phone calls and emails, the company continues to refuse to redistribute bikes from full docks. I've counted 8 docks in a 2 km radius that were entirely full. Furthermore, due to usage issues, these remain full essentially 24/7.
