The bike share program deserves five starts but the all has only the option to report an error with a bike with no option to submit details. For this reason the app loses one star. For example, I checked out a bike and immediately signed it back in and reported it. As it had a flat tire I would have also told them several other bikes there had flat tires clearly someone with idle hands and a reason why we cannot have nice things. At least a few bikes had Inflated tires.

Bikes are cheap and in a surprisingly good condition. I regularly ride similar rentable bikes in Budapest, and they are worse for the most part, but here are some of my critiques: 1. The top gear is way too slow 2. The brakes on some bikes are not set properly 3. This is the biggest problem: In Budapest all the bikes have a phone holder on the handlebars, this way they can navigate without using their hands. The tangerine bikes don't have this feature, and this leads to people riding one-handed.

A great idea executed horribly. Rarely will you encounter a fully functional bike, and the app straight up lies to you about what number/kinds of bikes are available at any location (i.e. 2 e-bikes at Location X, both of which scan as unavailable when you attempt to unlock one).

When a credit card doesn’t work, the message simply says “Something went wrong” — it doesn’t indicate that there’s a problem with the card. It’s also difficult to unlock the bike, and the meaning of the lights on the side isn’t clearly explained on the terminal or in the app. ---

Ok app but docks not available to park during peak times when needed the most

Three problems with my recent usage for 32 minutes: I got overcharged because my bike did not dock okay. There was no green light when I docked it. I got overcharged. Also, the bike seat was a problem because it would be lower and slanted, so I had to repeatedly adjust myself when I was sitting on the bike. So terrible first experience, unfortunately. I hope I don't have these three problems if I ever use Bike Share next time.
