Super easy to get bikes basically everywhere I went in Toronto, will use again when in the city.

The bike share program deserves five starts but the all has only the option to report an error with a bike with no option to submit details. For this reason the app loses one star. For example, I checked out a bike and immediately signed it back in and reported it. As it had a flat tire I would have also told them several other bikes there had flat tires clearly someone with idle hands and a reason why we cannot have nice things. At least a few bikes had Inflated tires.

Works very well, incredibly live data on bike availability. My only complaint is, when you have a bike checked out, the app defaults the map to show you docking bay counts - even if you click the button that turns off "show me docking bay counts", it just turns it right back on. Let me see what electric bikes are available, so I can ride a regular bike to an electric bike that is docked! :)

App was cumbersome when I first installed it years ago and has improved greatly ever since. It's unfortunate I can't use the PBSC app here as well since it works universally with most PBSC bike share programs like Toronto's.

Not sure why but both the app and website are completely busted today. Wasted so much time just trying to get any bike to unlock.

After several phone calls and emails, the company continues to refuse to redistribute bikes from full docks. I've counted 8 docks in a 2 km radius that were entirely full. Furthermore, due to usage issues, these remain full essentially 24/7.

Worst experience, don't use this bikes, they will charge additional fees at the end, this is not a fair way of doing business I hope.

Overcharged, too expensive and app is terrible. App don't have sufficient information and isn't possible remove payment card.
