Absolutely efficient. It can improve navigation but yet the app is very good. The CDMX government needs to widen the area where the bikes are found.

Used as tourist, works great. A few tips: FNBO MasterCard worked but not others. Make sure you see the green light on the rack indicating it was returned (and get the text/email) otherwise it is not returned, and you will have penalties. If you go over 45 minutes, you will be locked out of future use until you resolve. Best way to manage issues is gone to an in-person kiosk, there are 2 on Reforma- one by the Angel, one by 202 Reforma, not by phone/email! Ciclovia is every Sunday 8-2!!

Yeah that works great! We did about 50 km on 11 bikes over 3 days. The app works well, it gives directions and shows you where bikes and parking sports are available. The bikes worked well, were easy to use and in good mechanical connection and always charged. Biking around Mexico City has been a major highlight on our trip! 10/10 would recommend. (Also, it seems like Lyft has made many of the suggested improvements to the app that older comments complained about.)

Bikes are worse with time, most don't work as expected, and the app will sometimes get stuck trying to unlock a bike and when you try again it makes you wait 2 minutes and gets dyuck again. Trash service.

I couldn't even pay. Two different credit cards on both the app and website. Error messages. "Something went wrong please try again" for the website "We apologize something went wrong please try again" for the app. Support was absolutely useless and a waste of time and averaged almost 10 minutes between replies and then just stopped replying. Super disappointing.

Worst experience I've ever had with a bike rental service. They suspended my account because of some sort of technical issue they had, and now it's virtually impossible to get it to work, and I lost one day of vacation trying to fix it. They're unreachable, and the website is useless, the customer service isn't working. I tried everything available on the app and website but nothing has worked. This is ridiculous. Since they have the monopoly they don't care.
