These ecobicis made our trip to CDMX an amazing experience. Everything worked well on the app, the info was always accurate and reliable about docking spots, docks and bikes available, it suggests routes... For tourists, it's a great way to get to know the city. It would be perfect if coverage were bigger, far beyond only the central area of town, and also, allowing for more speed. With some bikes you do have to pedal a lot to move at a decent speed!

Not only the app, but all the experience works great, you always know where bikes are available. The only improvement could be a list of mechanical items to select when reporting a bike is facing some issues.

Amazing way to get around cdmx. Also love it clocks how far you have ridden, how much co2 you've saved and how many calories you burn, so you can eat tacos guilt free 😆

Bikes are worse with time, most don't work as expected and the app will sometimes get stuck trying to unlock a bike and when you try again it makes you wait 2 minutes and gets dyuck again. Trash service.

Terrible customer service. We used the bikes for Dia de los muertos and most bike racks were full. The only empty racks found were being blocked by sellers refusing to move. We were met with hostility for using the bikes during a celebration, and we had to bribe the sellers to let us return the bikes, or we would have to go back to our original location. We tried to contact company at the time but no one came on chat. After, they refused to reverse the late charge then ignored us on chat.

I love this bike share service, but I am disappointed about getting charged cash advance fees when I paid by credit card. It seems that the way payments are processed it does it by making a cash advance. This should be fixed as a $5 CAD fee is pretty high for. A one-day pass.
