Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!
Bike-sharing has never been so easy
Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes. When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.
At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.
Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals
The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.
Access the service as a group
You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
Collect points
Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

I'd like the number of the ride and the number of the bicycle to be included in the detail display of the ride seen when tapping a ride on My Journeys. If I do two rides consecutively, but don't check out the ride review straightaway after each ride, the first review usually never appears, superseded in some way by the second ride. A list of bonus stations used to be viewable, but not anymore. Why? The amount of my bonus used to be viewable, but not anymore. Why?

Swipe to unlock target than clicking reserve a bike. Check for flat tires. Otherwise, easy to use and only 1.50 a day

App is okish. The bikes are a DISASTER. I have the evilly subscription and 9 out of 10 e-bikes are defective (I am not exaggerating). Also, the brakes are never working good, which is dangerous. You get a bike, you realize there is an issue, you cycle to the next station, get another bike and IF you are lucky it works. As a result you have delays in your travels. I got so fed up with this that I will just cancel my subscription. AVOID AT ALL COST

Horrible bike rental in Brussels. Renting service is bad, bikes are bad, customer service okay though!
