I bought the day (24h) ticket and it worked well. It's not obvious to know that! You need to swipe to the right to get the day ticket. The air pressure of the tires could be less in order to be more comfortable on cobblestones. There is no bike station at the airport.

Hired a bike while on holiday through Spain in Seville. The bike I hired for an evening had a mechanical issue with the bike lock and key. Despite calling and emailing customer service for months to get the €100 amount they deducted from my account for 'not returning the bike to a station' because it was stuck with a faulty lock to a bike lock-up next to one of their stations. No refund, no emails back from Customer Service to right their wrong. Won't be using their services again.

Hans Cronau The biggest downside of this app is that you MUST download the native version, because the web version is so utterly broken that it is literally unusable in all mobile web browsers, both on Android and iPhone. And by literally unusable I mean literally, literally unusable. That's doubly a shame because the native version of the app talks to Google in the background, which means that (unlike the web version) it simply won't show the bike map on privacy-friendly devices.

These bikes and overall service absolutely suck. Don't get these bikes. We returned the bikes and are going to a rental shop
