Comments on Bikemap: Cycling Tracker & GPS for Android

★★★★★ Richard Atfield · Apr 13, 2026

A useful tool for both recording and following routes. Easy to use on a phone, with more of a map showing giving a context to the route, rather than just directions.

★★★★★ Mark Shelton · Apr 27, 2026

I've had this app a couple of days, and I'm liking it a lot, and I'm on the 7-day trial before I get the premium on Sunday coming, it feels great but small problems for me, I don't have a computer so setting up some bike rides has been a bit of a challenge, but I was able to adjust the route to what I wanted, a bit like Google Maps on a laptop but did this, all on my old 6 years old Samsung S20 5G Ultra so 5 stars atm from me Mark Shelton p.s I'm going to test my 1st ride using app on my phone.

★☆☆☆☆ Kevin · Jun 22, 2026

Incredibly frustrating. Trying to plan a route and if you hit back 1 too many times you lose the whole thing. Now was to open recent routes. Can't even save routes without paying, and keeps trying to force you down bad routes when there's a bike path right there

★☆☆☆☆ Juan durr · Dec 25, 2025

No trial and no back out. You can't see what it doesn't do until you've paid to see the things it doesn't do. There is no trial for a reason.

★☆☆☆☆ Dániel Kelentey · Oct 3, 2026

Good for nothing. If you don't pay a fairly big sum, the app only shows the map, and that's all. Not even capable of showing the bike paths or lanes. Come on, Cycle OSM for completely free of charge can do this!

★☆☆☆☆ Gary “G-Man” Erdman · Apr 2, 2026

I paid for the premium package, but never got around to using the program, and then when I did, it was horrible. It was telling me to turn left 15 minutes after I was supposed to turn left. It didn't show bike trails that were obviously right there next to me on the road. The search interface is horrible. It's by far the worst program I've ever used. I tried to get my money back, but they said it was impossible. That was a great waste of very hard-earned money. Just use Google Maps.
