It was challenging at first specially we are not familiar on the mechanics of how it will run. But in general it is fun to figure out, def. Will try again!

App is fine but when you are moving and not that familiar with BGC, in-app navigation would be useful. I think just make the map camera follow my current location would be sufficient. Edit: after the recent update, I can't unlock rides any more even if I have sufficient balance. All going down hill from here.

There is an error when ending a ride— it sucks because the timer is still counting and used up my balance. Already reported but nothing happens.

The ten minute charging system put me off this because even if you hit 'end ride', the timer still counts. I had an experience trying to send the parked photo, but it won't process. It took forever that even if I allotted time for the whole parking thing, it went over a few seconds in the ten-minute cut, so I had to pay for another ten minutes. The thing is, the top-up is set at 300 pesos minimum, so you can't settle the smallest balance without paying another 300. Ruined the whole experience tbh.

No option to pay a certain amount and will need to pay the minimum amount of 300 PHP. I have an unpaid balance of 15php. The remaining will be unused.
