Wide range of electric mobility options (scooters, bikes, e-bikes) in one app
Simple and fast QR-based unlocking flow
Free to use with no upfront purchase required
Clear designated parking zones and straightforward ride end process

Riding these veo Cosmos and Astros has been super convenient. And they're everywhere.

Good scooters and the double seaters are rad but 2 ppl on the 2 seaters pick-up at a stop is lame, and they need more maintenance but better than Lyft/Bird and Line
★★★★★Alex Kilzer· Aug 20, 2026
yeah at first I was a little skeptical they've really step to the plate. I was a lime user through and through but man sit down scooters are so rad. Plus you guys have baskets and nobody can beat you on price

Was riding through anacostia park in washington, d c and in the street same direction as the cars go. The lighting was SO low I Didn't see concrete u shape structure in front of me. Following the same lane as the cars, the lighting was SO low all I could see was the front wheel. By the time I have seen the structure, I was in a horrible accident. Not enough front lighting if you do not brighten up, delighting or find a better lighting distributor someone is going to die

Such a trash app. Constantly crashes and takes forever to load scooters, unlock a scooter, and end a ride. Can't even load the map to see where you are legally allowed to park.

I decided to use one to get home from work one day instead of riding the bus because I was sick. The rate is .39 a me I rode 3 mi (they told me me is minutes not miles) so I checked that, it was 13:39 minutes. They charged me 10 dollars because their scooter didn't notify me of the boundary and continued running until suddenly locking. I drug it a block back to the edge of the boundary and couldn't get it across the 6 lane road while sick. They failed to notify me of the boundary and locked the bike

Useless in a place like Denver. Every time you leave Denver city limits the bike turns off and won't let you end the ride. 1 star is too many

This is the worst electric scooter service out there. The GPS on it is awful, so it's constantly telling you to get off the sidewalk when you're not near it. If you qualify for the discount program they won't accept documentation unless it's in person. The scooters are spaced so far apart. I started walking or using Lyft.
