HOW VEO WORKS Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike. Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride! Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Really nice scooters and bikes did really good with these need bigger service area though outside of Denver like Northglenn Thornton Westminster those would be the areas you get more service other than that very good product if you live in the Denver greater area

I just want the scooter faster with better charge. Other than that the scooter goes 15 mph comfortable ride need some with backs and better than uber. Yea I said it.

Really love the ride very smooth unlike the lime wasn't unable to stop my ride because my phone died, and I got charged like $24, and it's only because it was on for another 30 minutes that I was trying to charge my phone so that I could stop my ride but yeah if they took after Denver's free ride system they would be hitting the mark and being comparable to lime.!

Overall good experience. Possibly a quick being vehicles with horn to let cars know you're around. Belly on bike was broken and looked cheap! Smooth ride and phone holder is the best by far!

This service is trash they want to hold 10.00 that took 14 days to be refunded rode the bike for 7 mins total I am disabled, so I qualify for discounted rides, but they have not approved account I reached out to Colorado assistance, and they have reached out a million times and have not gotten a response lime was and is so much better not to mention they were out in supposed to stop the bikes and scooters from being left anywhere and stop people from riding where there not supposed to but lies

Too many effing times have I had the Veo app buffer and not let me end my ride. Yes I have Veo Access and get 60 minutes per day but it doesn't help if I can't get my ride to end for 5 minutes every time I want to end it. Then other times ill go to start a bike or scooter and itll say its full charged just to all of a sudden die not even a full block away sometimes. Veo is a great way to get around when it actually works.

Wish I could give zero Stars. I've never had any issues with lime or byrd in Denver. Your vehicle charged me and then wouldn't even start zero minus 10 Stars
