HOW VEO WORKS Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike. Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride! Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Call the police if you see anyone damaging or slamming any of the bikes or scooters down on the ground. These bikes are set up to enjoy our city we live in, and it's going to be the punks that don't respect them selfs mess it up for us all they should be thankful and appreciate the person that invested in making this happen for the ones that need these bike and get to cruz without getting out of breath 3 min after peddling a bike lol. Thank you to make this happen

I don't understand the $10 fee every time I activate the bike/scooter if im get'n charged $7.99 per month - but ok
This service is trash they want to hold 10.00 that took 14 days to be refunded rode the bike for 7 mins total I am disabled, so I qualify for discounted rides, but they have not approved account I reached out to Colorado assistance, and they have reached out a million times and have not gotten a response lime was and is so much better not to mention they were out in supposed to stop the bikes and scooters from being left anywhere and stop people from riding where there not supposed to but lies

Price went up 3-5x after Veo signed a contract with the city to be the exclusive scooter ride-share recently and pushed every other one out of town. Now they charge almost the same price as an Uber. It used to be pretty easy and cheap to get around the city without a car. $15 for a short round trip and if I don't use it in 24 hours, the minute are gone.
