The bike is smooth and easy to use the QR code to scan the QR to lock the bike. Unlike the blue one, we kept experiencing 'location not detected' problem

Any wheel has brought me a lot of convenience. Compared to owning a bicycle, it's available anywhere I go. And often solve the dilemma between walking or taking a bus for a 2 km distance, for instance. There are no problems as with driving: no worries regarding parking space availability and cost. Through cycling, I get to see more sceneries along the way, that we can't experience in driving or bus. To Any wheel, please increase the number of bicycles fleet more

It's so stupid how there's a min top up and if u only use it a few times the money just sits and rot in your account and there's no way to get it back. How is it making the app any better? Money sucking leeches. isn't it better to give people the freedom to top up the amount they need and then cash out the unused leftovers? That way ppl r more willingly to rent the bicycle. Besides the majority of the bicycles r in such bad condition I can't rent them even if I want to. Customer service is so bad too.

Horrible experience. I have been using their services for so long, but I realized that their services are getting from bad to worse. Not only is there a consistent lack of bicycles near my areas, the app charged me an indiscriminate parking fee when I have already scanned the qr code. There are even places that show up on the app as parking spots but when you reach there is absolutely no qr code. Will no longer be using this bike sharing service.

I left my bike at a designated parking spot with other bikes, with an official flyer from the town council stating this is a designated parking spot. Any wheel denied my appeal despite them having marked it as a parking spot. It feels like they will do a cash grab whenever they can, so beware when using their app.
