Love this service so much (especially during the summer months)! I most definitely plan to renew my season pass next year, so I can get the full experience and take more cross city trips. Only criticism I have (though not too big of a deal in the grand scheme of things) is that there's a lack of BII stations across a majority of the west Island minus pierrefonds. I'm interested to see what happens next :) great work tho

I love BII. Unfortunately ever since my credit card expired at the end of july, I haven't been able to use BII. I can't change or update my payment method in my profile, it always says "unknown error, try later". It's been saying this for weeks now. When I try to rent a bike at the station without the app, it says my account was suspended when I tap my credit card. I have no idea why, it doesn't say anywhere in the app that it's been suspended. Can't even use it during the STM strike.

Bikes are never available, app glitches out often, preventing you from grabbing the few leftover bikes.

Terrible app for the fact that you can't cancel your membership on it and there is no info anywhere on it to bring you to that option online

It's a subscription which doesn't work in the favor of the end-user. In addition, they/company is not liable for any injuries although in Quebec the laws are tight when companies choose to their clients to wavier their legal rights. The membership is not cheap+ plus per ride after 45 min you are charged by the minute. The setup is really bad for tourist who just want to get around the city in a style of leisure. For those that are not interested to ride during the winter months unsubscribe before.
