THIS IS MY 2ND VISIT TO MONTREAL, THE LAST BEING 8 YEARS AGO. I ONLY USED BIXI ONCE BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A CANADA MOBILE DATA PACKAGE. THIS TIME I DID HAVE DATA AND ONCE THE BIXI APP WAS DOWNLOADED THEN EVERYTHING WAS MUCH SIMPLER. THE APP IS GREAT, CLEARLY SHOWS THE STATIONS AND IS A GREAT ROUTE FINDER. BIXI IS GREAT FOR GETTING INTO THE SUBURBS AND OFF THE MAIN STREETS. I LOVE IT!

WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE APP? Why is it not at the same place where you can buy memberships? Or in "my account"? Or anywhere? Do I really need to go outside the app to do so?

Terrible app for the fact that you can't cancel your membership on it and there is no info anywhere on it to bring you to that option online

Signed up, errored out many times before I could actually pay for a membership, so I couldn't ride for a while, then I finally got it and when I decided to cancel that membership, it wouldn't let me do it on the app. I had to use the website. Maybe some people would see this as a small thing, but this is dark UX design. It was a clear choice on the side of the developers to keep retention up.

For something that's supposed to be so convenient, the bikes always seem to not want to unlock l. Even with a full freaking terminal! It's so freaking annoying. No one's working on the app, hasn't had an update since I got it. Just constant bugs!

BII is one of the best and very finest Montreal services. However, the app has been full of nonsense this entire summer. Entire stations don't work for taking a bike. Recently, I docked a bike, but the app didn't register that I had returned it. About half hour on the phone sorting it out.
