Easy to use, straight forward. Pick up times are quicker. Lots complain the pickup spots are far, but understand they pick up at the nearest bus stop, not your location. New vans are smaller but only fit 5 people, and for $2.50 I can't complain.

Very convenient so long as the rides are not delayed. I think the app could use a clearer UI when indicating stops versus your own location. I hope the areas that Metro Micro service expand further soon!

Metro micro is a great service, reasonably priced, and great customer service, I've been using Metro micro now for the better part of two years, and my only complaint is that I didn't find it sooner! All of their drivers are everything that the Metro bus drivers are not, kind, great drivers, funny, and pleasant to be around!

Poorer service since they switched management. Drivers continue to be great with safe driving skills. App experience and structure almost makes the service pointless, however. No accurate ETA, ever, and no way to contact the driver directly. At this rate, buses and trains are a more reliable way to get to school and work as there are more rides available, and they have a timely schedule. Metro Micro has great potential. I would like to see it reach it.

Don't bother. If there is a bus line that goes the way you need to go, even if it's a long time to go, it won't let you book a ride. Considering that I used this service to get me that last 2 miles up the hill to work, but the bus is a LONG wait, with a very unreliable schedule on tip of that, this USED TO be a great option to get me to work on time after waiting for 40 minutes on a no-show bus.
