As a bus rider, these are the best busses to ride, hassle-free, inexpensive, curb to curb service, only reason I won't give 5 stars is because they don't run late enough on Saturday, if they ran til even 630 on Saturdays it would be perfect but until then I guess I got a Uber home after work at 6.

App experience has greatly improved. I use this service to get to and from work almost every weekday, so I'd say it's pretty reliable. I manually type in the address where I want to be picked up, so I don't need to rely on GPS accuracy.

Nearly impossible to set a custom pickup location, the app kicks you out of the pickup field or freezes entirely. This means it's impossible to schedule a Prime pickup when your bus drops you off at a transit station, and you have to wait 20-30 minutes for your ride. You should be able to enter the number of the bus you're on so a Prime can be timed to pick you up when you arrive at the station.

I literally can't get a ride in my area. And I see the SW vehicles driving around every day. Just who are they actually driving around?

A half-baked, poorly tested app. After the initial installation it takes you to a page that requests:name/email etc. It didn't like my email (invalid) but offered no way to even "Cancel" from the page. I finally forced an exit from the app and re-entered it. This time, no page asking for name/email (??weird), but it did ask for Location permission, which I gave it. It took me to a map of my location on a page WITH NO BUTTONS, NO MENU... So, once again I'm stuck on a page with no way to leave
