Ordered a ride from LAX to Orange County 2 days before arrival. It was way cheaper than Uber or Lyft. My plane landed early and my driver Jeremy was already waiting in the pickup area. Took the Lax-it shuttle bus from Tom Bradley International to the Lax-It pickup area. Got home in 45 min. No problems.

The app is easy to use and has clear interface. It's easy to book rides. Takes a bit of navigating to find all scheduled rides about it's not a huge issue. I have used the shuttle service three times so far, all in last two weeks. I had really good experience. The drivers arrived in time (and in one case waited for me at the airport pickup for more than hour because my flight was delayed) the rides were smooth and the drivers were friendly.

I honestly wish 0-star reviews were an option. The pickup location was a mess, customer service is a joke, and my ride was 30 minutes late. They told me they didn't have drivers going in my direction. What is the point of making a RESERVATION ahead of time...if the company can't organize their drivers. I would have ridden in the trunk of a strangers' car vs dealing with this.

App and ride tracking is dreadful, details of where driver is where invariably wrong and misleading. The app crashes a lot too. Service from Prime Time was terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another way.

DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE... They not only were over an hour late picking me up at LAX, but they then wasted another 30 minutes waiting for more passengers. They have the worst customer service ever. I called because they were so late and the representative hung up on my 3 times... DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE!!!!!!!!!!
