We would like to thank Shuttle for the extremely punctual and professional service provided with our airport to uttara and return transfer. Their driver's knowledge of the city was so helpful and the bottle of water was a welcome sight after a very long journey. The vehicle was very clean, cool and well maintained. Service is very good and quite convenient to use. Needs to add more routes and rides. They don't offer rides on Saturdays yet, which will hopefully update soon.

Very Poor Service. So I gave them a shot for a week. Their driver was late all the days. And one day he wasn't a passenger was 15 mins late which is not acceptable. One day My ride somehow got cancelled and i wasn't notified. When I called the driver he said no rides was scheduled?! I tried calling help line and asked the driver to call the office as well, they were unreachable. What kind of service is this. If rides needs to be cancelled they should notify me earlier.
