Booking a seat on Shuttlers is a click away, here is how it's done; * Fund your wallet easily using the payment platform or through bank transfer * Select pick up and destination location, confirm time and click on Book shuttle * You will get a push notification when the shuttle starts * Check-in to confirm and pay for seat * Join the Shuttle at the designated bus-stop * Seat back, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!

Shuttler is doing very well and the drivers are amazing. But lately, it is difficult for me to track my ride, please, Shutters should rectify this cliché in the system, because, it never used to be like this, it all started after the system update Shutters recently did. Kindly fix this please

Shuttlers services are now very poor. Late buses, rude drivers, or they don't even communicate in time that buses has been cancelled. Hoping for a good competition soon, so they can be better.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They have very poor customer service and some unprofessional drivers. I was a new user and the driver was very rude and professional, he practically abandoned me at the bustop. They kept on promising me a refund whenever I called but my emails were ignored totally. You can keep the money, however, I would never use your app again. Thanks for the horrible experience.

Your customer service is very rude. I booked a ride and 40 minutes later, you guys sent a notification that the bus was faulty, and you booked another ride without even calling to inform me about all these, and when I called your customer service, she was rude. You people should have serviced your bus before take off!
