Shuttler is doing very well and the drivers are amazing. But lately, it is difficult for me to track my ride, please, Shutters should rectify this cliché in the system, because, it never used to be like this, it all started after the system update Shutters recently did. Kindly fix this please

Without shuttles, my work experiences in vI would have been miserable. I don't need to jump from one bus to another. I peacefully go to my pickup junction on time and enjoy the rest of the trip peacefully

Never been more disgusted by a service this much that I have to leave a review. The experience with this service is so humiliating that I no longer mind returning to Uber/Bolt even at 3-4X the cost. It's either their drivers are arriving late to the bus stops with zero remorse, or they send you a set of rude drivers/bus marshals. Initiative/Service seems decent, but the operation? Extremely piss poor. Never again! 1 star is cos there's nothing less to capture the nature of the humiliation.

Shuttlers have terrible drivers, some of their drivers are very rude and badly behaved. The drivers need training and education on how to treat riders

In as much as I enjoyed my ride i wld like if your drivers treat passengers well not being biased or treating some particular pple specially. Because we all pay the same amount so what makes us different? I stop boarding your bus that the plate number ends with 666 just becos of this reasons. Why would ur driver be stressing you? For what na. Judt few minutes wait just 4 you. You will hv to be chasing aftr d bus pending more just to 2 catch up and tbe driver feels is his right speak to u anyhow
