Shuttler is doing very well and the drivers are amazing. But lately, it is difficult for me to track my ride, please, Shutters should rectify this cliché in the system, because, it never used to be like this, it all started after the system update Shutters recently did. Kindly fix this please

In as much as I enjoyed my ride i wld like if your drivers treat passengers well not being biased or treating some particular pple specially. Because we all pay the same amount so what makes us different? I stop boarding your bus that the plate number ends with 666 just becos of this reasons. Why would ur driver be stressing you? For what na. Judt few minutes wait just 4 you. You will hv to be chasing aftr d bus pending more just to 2 catch up and tbe driver feels is his right speak to u anyhow

Again Shuttlers has disappointed and left me stranded at the bus stop. Your Customer Service is bad 👎 bad 👎 and poor. No feedback Nothing, Customer has to call and wait on end for someone to provide and update on the details of the ride. The most you do is refund for the trip you didn't fulfil your part of, and we are sorry story.
