Expect to wait 25-35 minutes on average for a shared ride. The app is glitchy and the customer service is weak. Occasional problematic driver who is very rude. Most are acceptable. Every once in a while you get a good, pleasant driver. My last situation and reason for the low rating is because I waited 25 minutes for a driver to come, only for them to mark me as picked up (which freezes the app), and prevents me from calling a new ride without customer service intervening. (I was not picked up)

Worst App...shows location of vehicle 30 minutes away, when vehicle is right outside the location. Hundreds of other issues. If there was minus 5 rating, I would have given it.

After I booked the ride, the pick-up time keeps changing. This never happened with the old app.
