I thought this was a private group ride and not a public group ride because nowhere on site or app did they mention whether it's a public or private group ride. For a mere 5 miles they charged me $54 instead of the fare of $8.65 originally shown on the app while booking. What's ridiculous that their driver allowed me to check in despite me being a lone passenger despite knowing that the ride requires a minimum number of passengers. Driver should have cancelled the ride. Now they refuse to refund

Unprepared drivers. Ineffective customer service. I installed Fetid after seeing a van when I was leaving a concert. I installed and requested a ride. A few minutes later the driver calls me saying that he didn't know how to get to me and recommended me to cancel the ride. Fetid charged me a cancellation fee. I contacted customer service to refund the fee, since this was a request from the driver, but they are not responding.
