Yep, Trinity metro started off a little Bumpy, you know, with the service, but they got the kinks worked out. The driver was absolutely fantastic that I was with on this month of August. Um 20th I was so, so happy that they were very professional.

When a patron finish their appointment earlier than anticipated it would be nice if the dispatchers will try and accommodate the patrons by sending a driver in the vicinity to come and get the early release patron

Literally useless even though I'm inside the Grey areas in Fort Worth it still will not let me book. Customer service doesn't know what the heck they're talking about and just keeps repeating themselves with a HUGE language barrier. Like why have it on there if I can't book a ride in that area. Ridiculous

Availability is not great, and they changed the operating hours in my "zone" so now have to take 2 cities buses in the mornings to get kids to school.

Do not use this service if you have to be somewhere on time. They don't tell you they have to pick up multiple passengers and take them to their stops before your stop. Four other people. Driver didn't communicate. Also had an attitude. Do not use the service if you expect to be treated like a human being.

This app and its service keep giving me problem after problem. Trinity metro on demand is so unreliable, drivers show up when they want to, most of them just cancel the ride, the app sometimes doesn't even book the right location giving me a completely different location, the weekend hours of operation are horrible who came up with 5:30 am to 7:30 am and 4:00pm to 7:30 pm. I don't want to use this service anymore, due to all the stress and anxiety it gives me.
