Yep, Trinity metro started off a little Bumpy, you know, with the service, but they got the kinks worked out. The driver was absolutely fantastic that I was with on this month of August. Um 20th I was so, so happy that they were very professional.

I have GREAT THINGS to say about the app, and the creator of this concept gets major Kudos too!! GREAT CONCEPT! Ok, think about THIS: Pair an Uber/LiFT* type service, with public transportation(aka.the Bus line), making MORE areas* (some not covered before & always expanding), accessible to the public through an easy-to-use application on your phone!!!

When a patron finish their appointment earlier than anticipated it would be nice if the dispatchers will try and accommodate the patrons by sending a driver in the vicinity to come and get the early release patron

It will ALWAYS say I'm in the wrong pickup zone when I'm actually seeing metro cars waiting. This service needs to be put under investigation. People need things for transport and the system itself chooses not to work based on ???. Is it selective?

Literally useless even though I'm inside the Grey areas in Fort Worth it still will not let me book. Customer service doesn't know what the heck they're talking about and just keeps repeating themselves with a HUGE language barrier. Like why have it on there if I can't book a ride in that area. Ridiculous

This app sucks not useful at all. Not to mention all these reviews are lies. It doesn't work at all say I'm in North Fort Worth when I'm not. Then buying a ticket you can't this bus app nowhere near dart bus transit app or Corpus Christi has a better app than Fort Worth. Plus delete my card info from app it wouldn't do it. I tryed to delete it, and it says you must have a card on file for this app. FYI if you charge me I'm going to sue you all.
