Very convenient and easy to use. Drivers are awesome! However, issue I have is the computer randomly re-routing of your ride mid-transit to pick up other riders. On several. Occasions I've missed connections to/from the PART express, resulting in being late to work/getting home. Improvements should include ability to prioritize connections to/from express routes, & arrival times to work. Current booking process allows scheduling, but can still be overriden mid-transit.
