Tried this service 2 times, the first time at around 8:00am was very successful, got a van immediately and got to my location in time, but today at 9:17am I called for a van and gave up and got a grab at around 10:20. One whole hour wasted because the van kept getting new pick up and drop off options every time I refreshed. The timer kept saying arriving in 5-15 minutes but never came.

This app is not recommended due to inaccurate ETAs. Not convenient. Waste of time waiting. This app is not good at all. There is one time that the van location stuck at a certain place and I waited ALMOST 1 HOUR. Turns out, the driver called me and told me there was a TECHNICAL ISSUE. What a waste of time. Not efficient and again, NOT RECOMMENDED. Please improve next time, so that it will not burden the passengers. DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME LA ADOI.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Was told pick-up time was 16 minutes then it kept on extending till 40 mins, either add more bus or improve the navigation
