1st trip. RapidKL staff at the station and bus counter do not know how to use this application. It is quite confusing in terms of address search. Because the language used must exactly as the address. Otherwise, it cannot find the destination it wants to go to. But the RapidKL On-Demand Van Driver was very helpful. Thank you to Mr. Ruben Raj.

This app's time estimation is useless, the estimated time keep adding because it's not following first come first served basis, it will just add stop who is closer to the car in front of the queue, which will cause the car full and goes to the destination, leaving me to the next round. The driver should have just depart if anyone is not arrived at waiting stop when the driver waited more than 2 minutes.

very, very late ...8 minutes also we are waiting for 1 hour...the drivers some of also very disrespectful...totally wasted...waste of time ...some drivers cut 4 ringgit for one person ... I got scammed now I wait for 1 hour still it showing 8 minutes the van not coming
