My car broke down and send to workshop. First time I download rapid on demand and booked the van. It was quick and friendly user. Short waiting time within 10 minutes, the van pick me up at the location and dropped me right in front of where the condo I stayed. Efficient as the apps showed the live map of the van location and arrival duration for pickup. Kudos! Will use the rapid on demand transport again. Thank you

I appreciate that many of us can afford the service, especially given the state of the economy. I would also like to inform the Rapid team to check the time the accuracy when making bookings. When I made my reservation to go to LRT today, it said it would take 20 minutes, so I chose to wait and get ready. However, the driver arrived within 5 minutes, and I couldn't get inside the van while I was still getting ready. Please have a look at this, and thank you so much for your service.

Was told pick-up time was 16 minutes then it kept on extending till 40 mins, either add more bus or improve the navigation

This app is not recommended due to inaccurate ETAs. Not convenient. Waste of time waiting. This app is not good at all. There is one time that the van location stuck at a certain place and I waited ALMOST 1 HOUR. Turns out, the driver called me and told me there was a TECHNICAL ISSUE. What a waste of time. Not efficient and again, NOT RECOMMENDED. Please improve next time, so that it will not burden the passengers. DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME LA ADOI.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

15 min after depart from LRT Station, and only drop off at 1 stops, the driver go pick an other batch of passenger at LRT Sri Rampai again, wasting time to go through traffic jam. What about the current passenger ??? Why prioritize to pick new passenger when the current one are not yet drop off at their stops ??? This isn't "On-Demand", this in "On-Tour"

Regarding the Rapid On-Demand service. The pickup time shown in the app is not accurate, and the van drivers take a very long time to pick up passengers. Because of this, we end up wasting a lot of time waiting. Another issue is that sometimes the driver picks us up first, but then drops off passengers who were picked up after us before dropping us off. This makes the journey longer and inconvenient. I hope the service can improve the pickup time and route management for passengers.
