Booked at 9:15 AM. The app showed pickup in 45 minutes, but I was only picked up at 10:45 AM. After my booking, 2–3 more passengers were added to the same van, making the original ETA unreliable. The driver is not at fault; he was following the system's route. The issue is the booking system and lack of vans. Rapid On-Demand should consider more vans and focus more on LRT ↔ residential feeder routes. Passengers who book earlier should not have their pickup time pushed back by later bookings.

My first experience using this app was really fine, but it started getting worse. It doesn’t happen all the time, but there are times when I had to wait for an hour, sometimes even more, even though the driver was like 2 minutes away. There have been situations where, after waiting for 20+ minutes, the driver would delay another 20 minutes just to pick up someone else who was much farther away, even though my location was closer to the driver...
