It's a good service no doubt. But there's really no point of the timing if it's not going to be adhered to. It gets annoying when the van is said to arrive in 5 minutes then I continue to wait for it for half an hour. It's a great way to get around but if someone can do something about that timing it would be much better

Best sgt² kebab : 1. Install Apps then order how many pax & how to pay (T&G, debit card, QR etc.) 2. Accept & wait at the mention place 3. Standby to pay when the van has arrived 4. After pay, closed the door 5. And recite dua' on vehicle 🤓😇 6. Lastly, after safely arrived at the point you can submit rating to driver . As simple as that 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very convenient and very reasonable pricing especially the fare charged for senior citizens. Thank you very much. The driver is also very helpful and kind. He kept the van and all the seats clean. I have experienced several occasions where I had to wait quite a long time for the On-Demand van. One of the main reasons appears to be that the van needs to travel to LRT Glenmarie to pick up other passengers before coming to LRT Kerala. Since LRT Glenmarie is relatively far from LRT Kerala, this significantly increases the waiting time for passengers at LRT Kerala, even though the actual distance between my destination and LRT Kerala is not very far.

No more drivers after 10pm?? Drivers don't even wait for you even if you're on time, terrible service all the time. I literally saw the driver just drive past me as I got to the bus stop, what an inconsiderate idiot because he wasn't even at the right bus stop either (he's at the bus stop on the opposite road BTW). This means he just looked at the empty bus stop and decide that I'll never appear. I'm not rich, so I have to use this service, do better rapid.

Why these apps does have a report driver? I just waiting the driver 6 minutes and his on the way to the place that they pick up. But the driver just wasted the time when his go take another road while the status is 'heading you to pickup.' and make the waiting time is 16 minutes.
