The app does its job and does it quite well. Booking for a ride in your chosen area is quite easy, and it takes less than 1 min. However, the waiting times for the vans can be a gamble at times. If you are lucky, it can sometimes be less than 5 mins if a van is nearby. If not, it can be up to 30 mins or an hour. The app also does not show you what route it will take when you make the booking so your journey time to your destination is based on luck as well.

Used to work months ago, but now: Current location is Pen ang, but the app is only showing KL maps / pick up / drop off spots 300 km away – suddenly unusable. Is this service discontinued? I still see the vans driving around... ?

My house is just across the road that's, why I ordered Rapid because I was afraid to go through the traffic lights, but I got on first at 10:01 and got to the point at 11:00 for an hour I breathed stranger earths is the first and last time, I really don't like it when my time is up on the bus, they send a large group first because they want to pick up new people and send them to their place and pick another guys, I'm just very disappointed 😭

A mere 10minutes distance had to wait 2 hours that is from pick up kampung baru Bu kit mertajam to drop off Taman Kota permai Bu kit mertajam...afternoon not peak hours...should be because now Alma n Bu kit mertajam consider 1 route...disappointed over the poor system.

Very Funny & Worst, Why Wouldn't Pick Up Nearby Passenger First, On The Contrary Driver Would Pick Up From Far Away Passenger, Then Even U-Turn Encounter Traffic Jam. The Early Becomes Late. Why System Wouldn't Optimize App & Even Faster Like GRAB???
