Such a helpful app and service on the RapidKL Bus On Demand, especially for those who has no transportation or there are limitations to public transport. As long, you know the right timing, you can avoid long wait/longer trip. I tested various timings to know which is the best to get the optimum trip and it worked. There'll be lost network at times, the app lagged during peak hours. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this service. Hopefully it continues after the trial period is over.

Good service, but we, senior are unable to know where is the pickup as we are so used to have a bus stop. Suggest can add in the same of this service in the allocate bus stop especially at tg bung ah market, where is the pickup? This morning I have bad experience n have to carry my heavy foodstuff n walk around n find. The driver is v good he waited for me longer as allocate time. Tks v much keep up the good service n many is unaware of this service but advertise on the TV.

It is good apps because it is cheaper than other apps. But it is very annoying because it is closed for cyberjaya at weekend. Sometimes I want to go somewhere and want to use these apps, but it is close for cyberjaya. Hope that you can make the operation everyday just like other places. Thanks

Please add a chat function. I waited 10 mins just to cancel in the end because the driver isn't moving and no confirmation. How can we know if they saw our booking or whether they're in the van or not. This is very flawed. I wasted so much time not only once because of this. Where's the logic not to put chat function????

Can't even get pass the loading page for many days. Installed to two different devices but same problem. I even clear cache, clear data and reinstall. Still cannot work.

Unreliable and a lot lot lot of problems with the apps! Request for a ride with 3 shuttles right in front of me at the station, only to pop out with "high demands and cannot provide service"... the driver seem to understand my situation but cannot offer a ride since they need to follow the apps' procedure... please fix it properly
