I really do like this app except for my time. Sheet that used to be there, all of a sudden, is not there any longer? And I can't seem to get it to reboot on this app and my bosses have no clue how to get it Raps for me. So that would be my only biggest complaint would be my time sheet. I like having it. It's a good thing to have on this app. And if anybody knows how to get it back, I am all out for options at this time

I came from ADP payroll systems and did not have high hopes for QB Workforce, but I have been pleasantly surprised so far. Clear and easy to use interface, prompt updates, and relevant add-ons. I like it.

Fix time logs for androids I have my location to always allow but the app keeps randomly clocking me out, and it tells me location paused, so it clocks me out my coworkers who also have Androids have this issue as well other than that app works fine

I have had issues clocking my time. This app will often work as it should but this problem is unacceptable & happens too frequently. I attempt to clock out and an alert message saying my information won't load. I jump through all the hoops, restart my phone, sign out and back in to the app, to no avail. Currently it is Wednesday.... I am still clocked from monday, because the app won't let me out. It is an ordeal more than it should be. Thankfully my employer doesn't blame me.

I've been working @ my job for almost 2 months & I used Claire ONE TIME for a $200 advance &now they refuse to let me advance even though I paid everything off RIGHT AWAY ON TIME. Saying I haven't been working there long enough, but that didn't stop them the 1st time. Now they're playing games when rent is due. The app doesn't even work for me to clock in or check the schedule. Chat is a joke, it refuses to let you speak to an agent. Why send an email saying I can advance now, & then refuse me
