This is a very handy app but a bit Overpriced for what it does to create invoices and mark them paid or not. I am on one of the cheaper tiers, and it's still 25 dollars a month. The best part of this app from a business owner point of view is linking your business bank acct and going through the transactions and expenses. Great customer service. Proud of that is they replied to my original review. Thanks!

If you plan on using the app to take payments, you have to do the math, to figure out how much this company takes. If not, you'll get screwed. It would be great if they just automatically added the 3.5% on keyed in transactions, and the 2.75% on in person transactions. And if they haven't thought of that until after reading this then it sure would be nice to get 3.5% of the annual transactions they take from other small businesses. And the app is not easy to create detailed invoices.

Does not take mobile deposits or let me move money between banks. These features work online, but not the app. Tech support says this is a known issue, so I'm hoping it's resolved soon. (Update: 6.30.26 - Still having issues. This app is so painful. I now suspect they make it purposely difficult to deposit checks because they want you to use other methods like ACH, so you have to pay another FaT fee to them... QuickBooks is a huge money grab. Poor quality app for the price.

Awful app, had an unresolved issue for weeks regarding pay by bank working and instead of fixing it just removed the function entirely, so now it's only pay by card (which has higher rates/fees for transactions). Greedy company who won't even give you your subscription money back if their not providing you parts of their service anymore. Just look somewhere else, this company doesn't deserve your money. Let me be clear, they emailed me saying they REMOVED pay by bank because no longer viable
