Their website indicates that old invoices would be saved but when I paid the subscription these were not available. Misleading and false

Other scanning apps crop/straighten the image and allow changing filters to black/white, document, grayscale etc. We have to use those and email into Dext because these features don't exist in Dext, but they really should.

Horrible since the update. Keeps rejecting things and reloading receipts from forever ago on its own

Changing to a new device creates awful problems with 2fa. Without the QR code you cannot obtain a new account login for your Authenticator app. The help page is predictably unhelpful, after wading though page after page, there is still nothing to be found. Their special backup code are useless too, with the hundreds of passwords and backups required these days it's really impossible to keep track of something like that across different devices that often change

Impossible to delete your account, speak to customer service or cancel your trial. Seams to be the trend with these apps nowadays. You sign up for a trial, you are trapped!
