Incredible Smooth experience, Saved me tons of Time and Money!!! I was working through my pile of business receipts...a tedious experience every year, when I went on a search for an easier way. I've tried other programs, and they weren't easy to figure out. Spark Receipt is a lifesaver!! I just take a picture or send the receipt by mail, and the app does the rest! It organized my receipts by date and category so that I can generate a report...and I don't have to save paper receipts anymore!

OCR capture from scanner is inaccurate. The imported image is clear and accurate, but the Spark Receipt app reads the numbers wrong even when the receipt is re- scanned using a carrier sheet in the Snap Scanner. Looking for another more accurate OCR.

Used to be great, until a complete remodeling of the interface. Suddenly can't easily jump to a specific month anymore to check income/expenses. Sending a report of a trimester/month has become an admin nuisance, very unclear, instead of the old interface allowing quick report creating and sending. It's really taken a big hit in functionality for small businesses and seems to aim to larger companies...

Do not subscribe-no way to cancel. They keep charging through PayPal. The only way to initially contact is following the filing of a dispute through PayPal to see the email for help. The problem, no real person to help. They send an auto email to verify your email. Then it takes you to manage your subscription. If they have already charged for a renewal, it will not cancel til another year. You will have to file a theft report against the company to get a refund. Zero customer service!

Be wary about using it with non-English languages. It cannot read Japanese receipts, therefore I won't be using this app.

Very difficult to cancel and get refund within 60 days. No way to do it automatically on their site. When I wrote email asking for support.... they tell me to just do it by myself online. I've wasted so much time searching through their site. When you click downgrade, it goes to billing. When you cancel in billing, it cancels only the next bill. So frustrating.
