Incredible Smooth experience, Saved me tons of Time and Money!!! I was working through my pile of business receipts...a tedious experience every year, when I went on a search for an easier way. I've tried other programs, and they weren't easy to figure out. Spark Receipt is a lifesaver!! I just take a picture or send the receipt by mail, and the app does the rest! It organized my receipts by date and category so that I can generate a report...and I don't have to save paper receipts anymore!

Be wary about using it with non-English languages. It cannot read Japanese receipts, therefore I won't be using this app.

Very difficult to cancel and get refund within 60 days. No way to do it automatically on their site. When I wrote email asking for support.... they tell me to just do it by myself online. I've wasted so much time searching through their site. When you click downgrade, it goes to billing. When you cancel in billing, it cancels only the next bill. So frustrating.

OCR capture from scanner is inaccurate. The imported image is clear and accurate, but the Spark Receipt app reads the numbers wrong even when the receipt is re- scanned using a carrier sheet in the Snap Scanner. Looking for another more accurate OCR.

Fantastic idea. The interface was inviting and intuitive for what I needed, but there is no organization to where and why things are stored. It is an AI product with no bot to answer simple questions and no tech support visible. My exported files went into thin air - I never found them. Confusion of how things are stored left me mistaking garbage for files I needed. I accidentally erased important things permanently. Unable to export, I have wasted a week of time and lost my money.
