What is VRT Booking? VRT Booking is the new name for the VRT OnDemand app. Valley Regional Transit is growing, and the VRT Booking app allows passengers to book rides for both VRT On-Demand for all riders and VRT’s Beyond Access service for those that qualify. With VRT On-Demand, you can schedule a ride when you need it. Riders are picked up near their location and dropped off near their destination. VRT On-Demand offers more places to go at the same rates as fixed-route bus fares — works like a taxi, runs like a bus! VRT’s Beyond Access service provides free curb-to-curb transportation for older adults and persons with disabilities who qualify. Beyond Access is available in both Ada and Canyon counties.
How do I pay? For VRT On-Demand, you can purchase a pass at any of our outlets, pay with cash on board the bus at the fare box, or through our Umo Mobility app. More information on fares and passes can be found online at ridevrt.org/fares. VRT’s Beyond Access service is fare-free!
How long will I wait? The drop off window is an estimate based on your desired travel time. Because this is a ride-sharing service, actual drop-off time may vary due to demand. Please understand that while we make every effort to arrive at your desired travel time, you may have a slight wait due to demand. If you must arrive at your destination at a specified time, we recommend planning your trip to arrive early.
When does VRT On-Demand operate? VRT has two On-Demand services. The 150 Nampa/Caldwell On-Demand runs 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. The 160 Eagle On-Demand runs 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. When does VRT Beyond Access operate? Beyond Access runs 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Great service. Friendly people. I wish there was a way that they could track to see where the bus is, so we know when they will pick us up, and I won't have to wait outside for them to get here.

Having issues with the app, so I've been calling and everyone has been great.

Sometimes I bring pretzel sticks in my pocket and eat them when the bus driver isn't looking Minus one star because my account wouldn't ever let me log in, so I'm using my mom's account

The transit system charges for a 31-day bus pass for $42, and they are stealing money from good, hard-working citizens of Boise when their services are not available on a Sunday. Somebody really needs to take a look at this. Because of us people are going to spend that kind of money. They either need to make the buses available on Sunday or they need to not charge us for Sundays and make those charges available for the days that they are open which is Monday through Saturday.

In Nampa, ID it should NEVER say high demand or "Oh dear. Looks like someone got that seat." There's ALWAYS a seat available. I've been trying since 6a. It is now 9:30a. At 6:01 a seat did pop up. Clicked it and then the Oh dear message popped up. After that it's been doing high demand. I had to call my work back to tell them I may not make it in. I can't afford a taxi. I could, but that would mean less groceries. Our taxes are paying for this. It NEEDS to be reliable.

No ops for simple access. First/last name required. Email and a cell # required and if you do not have the last two, you are just out of luck. Call VTR and talk to one of their very friendly customer service reps who will tell you in a very condensing tone that everyone has an email acct and mobile # or to just use a family/friend members info. VTR needs replaced. No Sunday service and the rep compared service to be similar to that of Seattle. I am from Seattle. This service is no where close!!!
