MARTA Mobility is the ADA-compliant paratransit service for eligible riders who are unable to use MARTA’s fixed route bus or rail system. This app makes booking and managing your Mobility trips easier than ever. What is MARTA Mobility? • A shared, curb-to-curb service operating within ¾ mile of MARTA bus routes and rail stations. • Designed for eligible riders with disabilities who need an alternative to fixed-route transit. • ADA-compliant vehicles equipped for wheelchairs, scooters, and mobility aids. Eligibility Required: To use MARTA Mobility, riders must complete the eligibility process and have a MARTA Mobility photo ID Breeze card. Fare: $4 one-way. MARTA Mobility riders with authorization from a medical professional are allowed to ride with a single designated personal care attendant at no additional charge. Ways to Pay: After implementation of the better Breeze system, credit or debit card in the application, or credit, debit, or Breeze card onboard the vehicle, and cash onboard the vehicle will be accepted. Hours: Available during the same days and hours as MARTA bus and rail service. App Features: • Book trips easily from your phone. • Schedule and manage reservations with ease. • Track your ride in real time and receive updates. • Modify or cancel trips directly in the app. • Secure and accessible for all approved Mobility customers. How do MARTA’s Mobility and Reach services differ? While both services are ADA compliant, MARTA Reach is an on-demand micro transit service for the general public, offering curb-to-curb rides within designated zones to connect with the larger MARTA system. MARTA Mobility is an advance reservation paratransit service for eligible riders with disabilities who are unable to use regular MARTA service, providing scheduled curb-to-curb trips within ¾ mile of MARTA transit lines.

I REALLY LOVE this new app! I don't have to be on the phone for an hour and a half and no dropped calls. This man doesn't come on the phone saying too many calls and dropping my calls. It is MUCH MORE convenient for me. Also, it's more convenient to see where my rides are and the pickup times. My memory isn't with me anymore, so this is simple enough to follow my personal schedule and where my bus is. I LOVE this MORE than anything! What a GREAT blessing this is to me! It takes away all confusion

Note to all Marta Mobility is supposed to have online scheduling available 7/1/26. I began using this app on 6/1/26 when Marta Mobility began converting. Notifications come by text only, and are useless. The app will only show where my bus and ETA once I'm the next pickup. During transit, I can see where any stops (pickup or drop-off of additional passengers) are before my dropoff as well as my dropoff time estimate. Drivers, however can only see directions to the next pickup/drop off.

Huge improvement over the old system. It just requires a call to MARTA to have them enter an email address. Click "forgot password" and you are in business! I am not thrilled about the two-factor authentication. Since I book rides for my husband, it means that I have to call him to get the code. Biometrics would be a better approach for app security. Many riders have caregivers. This would make an app work on a caregivers phone without having to get a code form the rider.

Marta Mobility App is useless. There's no sign up or register tab or button for new users. How can I sign in without signing up or registering first?! Once in the app, you can't book a ride within the marta mobility area. You'll receive a "sorry we can't book a ride" message for rides within the area. It's useless just like contacting Marta mobility for a ride. You'll be on hold for hours for a ride as caller number 66 to 100. Don't request a call back because you might not get a returned call.
