Huge improvement over the old system. It just requires a call to MARTA to have them enter an email address. Click "forgot password" and you are in business! I am not thrilled about the two-factor authentication. Since I book rides for my husband, it means that I have to call him to get the code. Biometrics would be a better approach for app security. Many riders have caregivers. This would make an app work on a caregivers phone without having to get a code form the rider.

Note to all Marta Mobility is supposed to have online scheduling available 7/1/26. I began using this app on 6/1/26 when Marta Mobility began converting. Notifications come by text only, and are useless. The app will only show where my bus and ETA once I'm the next pickup. During transit, I can see where any stops (pickup or drop-off of additional passengers) are before my dropoff as well as my dropoff time estimate. Drivers, however can only see directions to the next pickup/drop off.

I REALLY LOVE this new app! I don't have to be on the phone for an hour and a half and no dropped calls. This man doesn't come on the phone saying too many calls and dropping my calls. It is MUCH MORE convenient for me. Also, it's more convenient to see where my rides are and the pickup times. My memory isn't with me anymore, so this is simple enough to follow my personal schedule and where my bus is. I LOVE this MORE than anything! What a GREAT blessing this is to me! It takes away all confusion

Marta Mobility App is useless. There's no sign up or register tab or button for new users. How can I sign in without signing up or registering first?! Once in the app, you can't book a ride within the marta mobility area. You'll receive a "sorry we can't book a ride" message for rides within the area. It's useless just like contacting Marta mobility for a ride. You'll be on hold for hours for a ride as caller number 66 to 100. Don't request a call back because you might not get a returned call.
