Citibus Access is a public transit service for people who are unable to use regular fixed route buses because of a disability or a disabling health condition. Citibus Access paratransit transports eligible riders from their origin to their destination in wheelchair accessible vans. Citibus Access meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and eligibility is based on criteria established by the ADA.

This app is a waste and a representation of a small town mentality of trying to evolve with the times but failed. I downloaded the app and there was still no fare passes available. I refuse to share my personal bank card info because the app doesn't instill confidence of keeping my private information secure. When the bus arrived the driver told me I had to get a digital pass from the website, or he will not allow us on the bus. Why isn't the digital bus pass not available on the application??

Worst bus ever seen in my life. You citibus authority doesn't have a minimum bus facility in Lubbock. How can an International people travel for their needs

Very disappointed! Used "schedule" function to schedule a pickup at 1:45 pm, and showed arrival time between 1:45 and 1:54. After I left the app, somehow that reservation got cancelled. When rescheduled, it showed driver would arrive in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, still NO bus! Thus, MISSED my appointment!! App needs the following improvements: 1. An email notification to confirm the scheduling. 2. In Account, a "Schedule" tab to view scheduled ride 3. Fix "Help", not working
