Downloaded but never used e version. Had a paper map. Overall Citibus Lubbock is good. Needs more routes.

★★★★★ Lisa · May 19, 2023

I've ridden many times, they always do everything possible to pick you up when needed. They go where the bus don't go & it's only $2! That's UNBELIEVABLE. Just call Citi bus.

This app is a waste and a representation of a small town mentality of trying to evolve with the times but failed. I downloaded the app and there was still no fare passes available. I refuse to share my personal bank card info because the app doesn't instill confidence of keeping my private information secure. When the bus arrived the driver told me I had to get a digital pass from the website, or he will not allow us on the bus. Why isn't the digital bus pass not available on the application??

Worst bus ever seen in my life. You citibus authority doesn't have a minimum bus facility in Lubbock. How can an International people travel for their needs

★★☆☆☆ Johnson Fung · May 21, 2020

Very disappointed! Used "schedule" function to schedule a pickup at 1:45 pm, and showed arrival time between 1:45 and 1:54. After I left the app, somehow that reservation got cancelled. When rescheduled, it showed driver would arrive in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, still NO bus! Thus, MISSED my appointment!! App needs the following improvements: 1. An email notification to confirm the scheduling. 2. In Account, a "Schedule" tab to view scheduled ride 3. Fix "Help", not working
