Description
Citibus Access is a public transit service for people who are unable to use regular fixed route buses because of a disability or a disabling health condition. Citibus Access paratransit transports eligible riders from their origin to their destination in wheelchair accessible vans. Citibus Access meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and eligibility is based on criteria established by the ADA.

Very disappointed! Used "schedule" function to schedule a pickup at 1:45 pm, and showed arrival time between 1:45 and 1:54. After I left the app, somehow that reservation got cancelled. When rescheduled, it showed driver would arrive in about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, still NO bus! Thus, MISSED my appointment!! App needs the following improvements: 1. An email notification to confirm the scheduling. 2. In Account, a "Schedule" tab to view scheduled ride 3. Fix "Help", not working

City Bus is by far the poorest ran bus company. You get off of a bus sit down to wait for another bus you got their mall cop already hounding you. You shouldn't say anything until warranted. Bus driver that talks back to the customer. Not the friendliest bus company either but neither is Lubbock. Lubbock does not display good customer service on a lot of things

This app is absolutely useless, citibus now requires you to schedule through go pass app, I can never schedule for work in the morning
