Customer need drivers kindness and courtesy when the shift is being nearest closed to informed passengers of their cut time hours or when buses stop running. More over breeze card and portal of payment on the bus riot is terribly incorrect. Accept payments however doesn't apply to the card.plus overcharge and declined the debit card. Truly help us work and keep the payment an even flow system, Thanks.

This app is the worst app. It is not easy to navigate when trying to track the buses on your route. Yesterday I waited over an hour for a 15 Candler Road bus to come, and it never did even though I was tracking it. A bus came by us tgat training on it which made me wait an additional 17 minutes for the next bus to come. They canceled my route and said this would have more buses no longer wait time and running every 15 minutes. That was a lie. Marta is not smarter. Mediocre service.

The new app is somehow worse than the last one, which was at least easier to navigate. It's so slow and glitches. It's so hard to find accurate information and maps of routes now. Just to look at one takes me so many screens and waiting to click through. Buses still don't come on time or fully update location. I'm still waiting on buses that don't come. New app and gates, but we still can't get real-time updates on bus location.

The old app was ugly, but it was far more usable than this. Favorites mean nothing in this app. There's no way to show favorites or sort by them, and it takes forever to find location and load nearby stations and stops, and if there are multiple in the area, you have to scroll to find what you want. What should be a quick couple of taps takes 60 seconds.
