You only need this app if you want to manage the Breeze card for passes. If you just want to ride MARTA, you'll supposedly be able to use your normal credit cards directly at the gates.

It's not a bad app. You do have to buy a breeze mobile physical card at a station, or you can order one through the mail. Other than this one hurdle it's pretty good.

Have not used the app for purchases yet but observed some features missing that I would like to see. There's no way to do the following: - Set notification when low on trips. Only allowed for low cash balances. - cannot use the app to pay fare - cannot autoload trips, however, autoloading cash is great as a backup when unexpectedly out of trips. I love the fact that I can reload the card via the app.

Marta has the worst transportation service in the world. Every day either bus doesn't show or train delays. Some drivers have the nastiest attitude unprovoked, unprofessional. The new fare, route and service is so unorganized. IT'S one week before ROUTE changes no new schedule provided or routes have been made available to the people. I have been using Marta for a month Now and the experience is awful 😞🤯😞

MARTA is supposed to be convenient and accessible to everyone... you have to have phone. You have to have a physical card. You have nowhere to buy a breeze card that doesn't require spending more money. Your app has no helpful features no critical information sharing/updates alerts or notifications. Can't track a bus/train in real-time. Can't even find the schedule for bus/train As old... outdated... underfunded... dangerous... and disgusting as MARTA is congratulations 🎊 you made worse
