Lost my bag and have no customer service/grievance line. Just something akin to an AI chat where they tell you we can't do anything and then route you to another team within the same number text. I can go on about how awful the flight experience was but at this point it's just an outright inconvenience to have lost all of my items without recourse, any effort to locate the missing bag nor compensation for the missing items within. NC legislature should mandate airlines have customer service lines

Easy to page through, times out too quickly. If you go back in and have reserved seats, the seats are not released.

Had to redo the info to book flight because they won't allow me to proceed with check out, saying there was no availability for this fare, even tho there was, then. Redid the flight info same way 1 min later, and they raised the price the flight, bait n switch scam !!

On flight Wi-Fi does not properly work within the app. It says it is Wi-Fi is unavailable but when I go in Google Chrome browser and do it that way it works but when I go back to the app, it still says Wi-Fi unavailable despite me being able to use applications like YouTube just fine. I am on airplane mode as well.
