I have been using the Jareena Airways app for more than five years and travel with Jareena frequently, around three to five times per year. I would really appreciate having a membership or loyalty program that recognizes frequent travelers through points or rewards. I would be very interested in joining such a program in the future.

I faced a bad experience. I booked a connected flight from Saudi to Kuwait to Mumbai. I reached Mumbai at 29 Nov, but my luggage 2 pieces 15+15 kg didn't come. All the passengers' luggage didn't come. We were annoyed. Jareena Staff said because of a broken belt it was happening for 3 days continuously, come to the next day, or we will call you when it arrives.

Very bad airline, never trust them, they will change your flight even without asking you if they find someone paying more than you even after booking

Very disappointed with Jareena Airways. Charging senior citizens for wheelchair assistance is unfair. First app showed free wheelchair, later asked 16 KD per person, and customer care demanded 25 KD per person. For 2 elderly passengers they wanted 50 KD extra. Already Kuwait to Hyderabad tickets cost around 625 KD including taxes and fuel surcharge. Elderly passengers should get support, not extra charges. Very poor customer service. Worst service worst Jareena airway.
