Worse airline in terms of their policies for cancellation, no cash refund, and too many unnecessary charges in case you are unable to travel after booking. They don't entertain their customers, they become rude no empathy, just hiding behind policies.

Dear Air Arabia, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with experience, Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issues through email and telephone communications, I have not received any satisfy resolution, They having a bad policy, once you book the ticket and cancelled by them, they refund as credit balance. If you cannot travel within a specific period, that amount totaly lose for you, can't be used to relative family's, that's really ridiculous policy, refund or extend my credit.

Ticket modification charges are hidden as ticket fare when you modify the date of flex ticket. I paid Aed 126 extra than the charges for that day. Modification is costlier in flex tucket. It was if no use for me to book flex ticket.
