I am using this app since 5 years for booking purposes everything going well great work by app developer and great flight as well the gape between seats are appropriate only issue no direct flight from Dam mam to Karachi always connecting flight which is so frustrating long waiting and tiredness anyway the app is great, and I am giving 5 stars for functionality, easy to navigate, online checking, prior departure seat booking and gate announcement.

Alfursan service should be improved, should be online, for one query you have to go to visit office personally, which is very far, and time-consuming, rest of all services are best of Saudi Airlines.

Poor customer service. My flight got cancelled without providing a valid reason. And moreover no alternative flight options are available on Saudia website when I try to rebook flights. Wrong date if travel is displayed in the Saudi Airlines website in manage booking section. Website has major bug.

The worst worst the worst airline in terms of customer service, refund response and policy, extremely slow app, no verification code on phone number, pathetic website, what not. Total waste of money, time and energy.
