★★☆☆☆ As in the previous version, login to Al-Fursan ID and add fingerprint. After that, if you open the app with your fingerprint, Al Furman ID will be logged in. As a result, I no longer had to enter Al Forman ID again and again for login. But after updating the new version and logging in Al Furman ID. After enabling fingerprints, i no longer have this ID login whenever I want to enter the app. Every time I have to log in with Al-Fursan ID. Please solve this issue.

★★☆☆☆ Customer service is not good enough. I tried many times to rectify a booking by all means: lots of emails (really useless responses), calling (no one is answering) and in person (they didn't help at all due to lack of interest from the employee). Literally they left me in limbo. Awful customer service. They really didn't care. Top management need to review, audit and make changes otherwise this airline is going to the cleaners.
