@Saudi_Airlines Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I booked through Volz at nearly double the actual ticket price, and the ticket was clearly marked as “Free Cancellation”. I requested a refund over 2 months ago, the cancellation was accepted, but I still haven’t received my money. Volz redirects me to you, and your team redirects me back to Volz. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Worst experience with these airlines. Particularly their customer care support are not really supportive. If you are not aware about rules and regulations then please admit it. Once one coutomer care says something and another one says a totally different thing. Wasted too much time in trying to solve a simple error occurred on e-visa and finally realized that if you booked a ticket using agent then it is not possible to obtain it using Saudia airline app. Worst experience
