Greedy Policies & Hidden Fees Avoid flyadeal. They make it impossible to fix a simple date error without charging 450 SAR per ticket—more than the original 357/316 SAR price! They hide behind agents like Winnie to avoid helping. Expect hidden costs at the airport too; they charge a min. 30 SAR fee per seat just to board. No live chat and hours on hold. A "low-cost" airline shouldn't be this predatory.

Application not opening on s25 ultra at all which causing missing check in ... even on website couldn't select the seat very bad user experience, and even you didn't offer any discount on booking another flight !!!!

Fraud, scam and very bad Airline.I have experienced many times. They will confirm your bookings, and you will pay the flight fares, but they will provide you an invalid reference number (pnr) that they already sold on 2 or 3 other passengers. And just connected the name and details of the first passenger with that pnr number. When you try to check in online also not possible to done because already connected the details and name of the first passenger with pnr. Will just waste your time to go airport
