Had a pleasant flight from Dubai to Nepal. The cabin crew were friendly and professional, especially Miss Elerona, who provided excellent service with a warm smile throughout the journey. One small suggestion many passengers traveling from Dubai to Nepal may prefer a Nepali or Indian meal option instead of the chicken couscous. Flew from Dubai to Kathmandu, and then from Kathmandu to Dubai and onward to Dublin on 20th August. Unfortunately, my experience with the airline was horrible. During the flight, I asked the cabin crew several times for water so that I could take my medication. The staff said they would bring it, but they never did. I felt completely ignored and was very disappointed with the level of service. After several attempts, I finally received water on my Dubai-to-Kathmandu flight.

We had the worst experience in fly dubai airlines we booked from dubai to Zanzibar last week, and we came back yesterday. We were flying business, worst worst worst experience never again flying on either fly dubai nor Emirates because we booked through Emirates, and we ended up flying Dubai delay in both flights 2 hours. 1 hour to get our baggage. The smell in the airplane was disgusting I vomited twice... u should really consider sending a bigger plane to Zanzibar .
