Had a pleasant flight from Dubai to Nepal. The cabin crew were friendly and professional, especially Miss Elerona, who provided excellent service with a warm smile throughout the journey. Thank you for making the flight comfortable and enjoyable. One small suggestion many passengers traveling from Dubai to Nepal may prefer a Nepali or Indian meal option instead of the chicken couscous. I suggested should not use fly dubai they are cheaters, and they cancelled flight, and after they generated refund but not realized funds in account, and even we called and even email everything, and everywhere they just lied actually fly dubai scamming the people I highly warn to the people whom are trying to book through fly dubai be careful it is just a scammed I am approaching to aviation authority regarding my refund and i kniw they are also same and then i approach in international aviation

We had the worst experience in fly dubai airlines we booked from dubai to Zanzibar last week, and we came back yesterday. We were flying business, worst worst worst experience never again flying on either fly dubai nor Emirates because we booked through Emirates, and we ended up flying Dubai delay in both flights 2 hours. 1 hour to get our baggage. The smell in the airplane was disgusting I vomited twice... u should really consider sending a bigger plane to Zanzibar .
