★★☆☆☆ The experience I've had of this app has been ruined by the incessant daily reminders trying to get me to spend more money on my booking. The reminders whilst making the booking are annoying enough, I know what's available. This is just shameless, tactless money grabbing. Not every flight is for fun, and no one wants these pestering reminders to spend silly money for the 'luxury' of taking more than a small backpack on an overpriced flight that is weeks away. Will uninstall gladly asap

★★☆☆☆ My company use easyjet to travel. And the app issues have moved away from you. Unable to log in, or reset passwords. Cannot retrieve bookings and cannot get boarding passes. Absolutely useless.

★★☆☆☆ Just had to pay £49 to cancel and re-book because of my mistake on flight times and date within an hour of the original booking. Cancellation fee is £50!
