No mobile money payment option showing on my phone. I can not view my bookings using the code provided

It's difficult and almost impossible to make your payment online in the app. So after booking my flight I have to ring customer service to make payment on the phone, and it costs me more. Fix the issues with your app, so customers can have a seamless experience. Using your app is so frustrating and stressful!

When I entered the booking code (PNR), I get an error message. The error message is that the PNR No. is not valid even though it's right. By the way are these feedbacks being monitored. There has not been a single response from the developers. It's a shame.
